WorkSafe BC Regulatory Amendments – Effective September 1, 2021

Several WorkSafeBC regulatory amendments took effect September 1^st. WorkSafeBC has developed some primers on these regulation changes which are now available.

For the headgear regulation there is a second document on rights & responsibilities.  I’ve attached the English version.  This resource, as well as the overview and primer on the Part 8 amendments, will be available in Punjabi.
