The Regional District of North Okanagan is seeking a Diversion and Disposal Facility Operations Supervisor. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor supervises Inspectors and Scale Attendants and assists with overseeing the daily operation and maintenance of all Regional District of North Okanagan (RDNO) diversion and disposal facilities.
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for providing direction and education to customers on recycling and disposal requirements and the Solid Waste Management Bylaw. The Operations Supervisor also responds to and assists with customer enquiries and resolves disputes.
