The BC Ministry of Environment, Environmental Protection & Sustainability, has released the report summarizing the public responses to its 2018 Organic Matter Recycling Regulation & Guidance (OMRR) intentions paper. The intentions paper was released in fall of 2018 for the proposed amendments to the OMRR under the Environmental Management Act (EMA).
