Reporting to the Associate Director, this senior Civil Engineer (CEII) position works on solid waste policy, planning and operating/capital programs and projects with a focus on landfill gas (LFG) management. The CEII takes a leadership role within the Branch, assists the Associate Director in developing practical, cost effective strategic and long-term plans, develops and implements programs, is accountable to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects and is a technical expert in the LFG field. The CE II may also be required to provide backup coverage for the Associate Director, in their absence.
