Since 1994, the SWANA Pacific Chapter has awarded more than 75 scholarships, totalling over $65,000, to students pursuing studies related to solid waste management and environmental sustainability.In 2026, the Chapter is pleased to offer up to three $1,500 Ecowaste Scholarships, sponsored by Ecowaste Industries Ltd., to post-secondary students in BC or Yukon studying environmental management or a related field.Applicants must have completed at least one year of post-secondary study and be registered full-time. Awards consider academic performance, community involvement, related experience, and written submission.Deadline for application: November 13, 2026.For more details: swanabc.org/swana-bc-chapter-scholarships/
