Reporting to the Manager, Recycling & Waste Management Division, the Environmental Technologist III is responsible for performing a wide variety of technical and administrative tasks related to the recycling and solid waste function. Work includes planning, coordinating and participating in various phases of facility development; identification of priority projects and project coordination; preparation of budgets and feasibility studies; and administering the Solid Waste Management Plan (SWMP).
