Street Cleaning Operations in the Sanitation Services Branch keeps our City streets, laneways and parks clean. The Operations Worker II drives City vehicles and performs manual labour in the collection of litter, debris and abandoned waste.
Night Shift provides flexibility to those wishing to work two to four nights per week, including weekends. Night Shift operates on a compressed work week that includes a 10 hour shift (8:30pm – 7:00am) scheduled over a 7 day work week. The successful candidate may be required to adjust shifts (Day, Afternoon or Night) as operationally required.
Successful applicant’s availability must meet Branch expectations in order to continue employment with the Branch. Functional and/or physical assessments related to the bona fide position requirements may be required.
