Cancellation/Refund Policy

Cancellation for SWANA BC Chapter events must be made in writing/fax or email.  Phone cancellations are not binding.  Refunds will be based on the date of receiving the written cancellation and will be issued as as detailed on the pertinent event registration.  WE INVOICE NO-SHOWS!!  Failure to notify SWANA of your intent to cancel prior to the start date of the event will result in being invoiced for the FULL registered amount and credit will not be issued.
